Y. & SONS オリジナルパンツ

“部屋着” としても “外着” としても和の要素を普段の生活に取り入れていただきたいという想いから、きもの生地を使って新たにY. & SONS オリジナルのパンツを製作いたしました。

こちらのパンツには、徳島県の伝統的工芸品である「阿波しじら織」の生地を使用しています。
しじら織は糸の張力差を利用して織り上げ、「ちぢみ」に仕上げてあり、肌ざわりがよく軽くて着やすい織物です。
ちぢみによるシボ感が特徴で、肌に張り付かずにサラリと快適な履き心地です。
作務衣のパンツをヒントに、裾には紐が取り付けてあり、その紐を絞ることで腰回りから裾に向かって細くなるシルエットを作ることができます。
またとても軽く、ご自宅で洗濯可能のため、気軽に履いていただけます。

素材：綿100％　ポケット裏地はシルクウール(たてシルク100％・よこウール100％)を使用

【お手入れについて】
◆手洗いの場合…畳んだ状態のまま手押し洗いをします。畳んだまま洗うのは型崩れを防ぐためです。
◆洗濯機の場合…畳んだ状態で洗濯ネットに入れ、あれば手洗いモードで時間は最短にしてください。
◆共通点…洗ったあとは、濡れたまま放置せずすぐに広げて、畳みジワ以外の気になるシワを伸ばして陰干ししてください。
阿波しじら独特のシボを守るため、基本的にはアイロンは必要ありませんが、シワが気になる場合は当て布をして軽くかけてください。
◆初回の洗濯時には木綿生地の特性上、丈が約2cm程度縮みますのでご了承ください。

Y. & SONS Original Pants

We have created this product using kimono fabric in the hope that people will incorporate elements of Japanese textiles into their daily lives, whether as daily or lounge wear.
Kimono are usually made of a single bolt of fabric called a "tanmono".The fabric is usually about 12 and a half meters long and 40cm in width. The pattern for these pants has been specially devised as not to create waste.

These pants are made from Y. & SONS's classic "Katagai cotton" fabric.
About Katagai cotton.
The Konnin Dyeing and Weaving Studio, established in 1751, is located in Katagai-cho, Ojiya City, Niigata Prefecture.
In 1945, Muneyoshi Yanagi advocated for the Mingei (folk art) movement, and as a part of this movement, Katagai's manufacturing was heralded as "Kimono (things to wear)".
By using three types of warp threads in different thicknesses, the kimono does not stick to the skin and is breathable even in hot weather, and fills with air to keep you warm in cold weather.

Material: 100% cotton, pocket lining made of silk wool (100% silk warp, 100% wool weft)
Care instructions
When washing by hand...Keep folded and wash by pressing in water.
When washing by machine...Place the folded garment in a washing net, and if available, use hand-wash mode for the shortest possible time.
After washing, do not leave the garment wet, but spread it out immediately and dry it in the shade.
Please note that the length of the garment will shrink by about 2cm after the first wash due to the characteristics of cotton fabric.
