Y. & SONS がオープン以来きものに合わせるコートとしてセレクトしているNorwegian Rain(ノルウェージャン レイン)。デザイナーのT-マイケルはきもののシルエットにデザインの着想を得ています。互いのものづくりに対する精神性の共鳴からスタートしたT-KIMONOは、2017年から続くY. & SONS とT-マイケルによるコラボレーション商品です。

今回は、スペイン製のウィンドウペン柄。T-マイケルは生地について下記のように語っています。

It’s a fancy weave with a raised surface. 　表面の表情と特徴的(派手)な織りが目を引く生地です。
I like the traditional yet modern style of this fabric. 　伝統的でありながらモダンな所が気に入っています。

縫製に関しては従来のきものの形を大切にしながら、そのものが持つ魅力を最大限に引き出すように拘った仕上げになっています。

素材：綿53％ウール35％ポリエステル12％
仕立：単衣（男性 or 女性）
寸法：ご注文確認後、弊店よりご連絡させていただきます。
納期：寸法確定後、約3週間

T-KIMONO
We have been handling Norwegian Rain’s coat since our
opening. As some of the products designed by T-Michael
are inspired by the silhouette of the kimono, T-KIMONO,
which started from the resonance of spirituality toward
each other's manufacturing, is a collaboration product
by Y. & SONS and T-Michael since 2017.

This time, a windowpane pattern fabric made in Spain.
T-Michael talks about his fabric as follows:

It’s a fancy weave with a raised surface.
I like the traditional yet modern style of this fabric.

Regarding sewing, while valuing the shape of the traditional
Kimono, the finish is designed to maximize the charm of the
Kimono.

Tailoring: Kimono
